河北省邢台县农村空巢老人焦虑情绪调查及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解邢台县农村空巢老人的焦虑状况,并分析其主要影响因素。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和一般情况问卷,对邢台县农村抽调的9个行政村112名60岁以上的空巢老人进行入户调查,以了解其焦虑情绪及主要影响因素。结果 112名老年人中,34例有焦虑情绪,发生率为30.4%。Logistic多元回归分析发现,影响其焦虑情绪发生的主要因素为躯体疾病、年收入、娱乐活动。结论邢台县农村空巢老人的焦虑发生率较高,严重影响了其心理健康,应引起政府、民政部门、医护人员及村委会及家庭成员的高度重视。Objective To investigate the anxiety state of empty-nest elderly people in Xingtai county rural area,and to analyze its main influencing factors.Methods With SAS and the general questionnaire,Xingtai County 112 rural area empty-nest elderly people were surveyed for anxiety and the main factors.Results In 112 rural area empty-nest elderly people,34 patients were of anxiety,the incidence rate was 30.4%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors of anxiety were physical illness,annual income,and recreational activities.Conclusion Xingtai County rural area empty-nest elderly people had a higher incidence of anxiety,seriously affecting their mental health,which should be paid more attention to by government,the civil affairs departments,medical personnel and village and family members.
