摘　　要：目的探讨可折叠软柄撑开器在免气腹非全麻后腹腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法用可折叠软柄撑开器开展免气腹非全麻后腹腔镜手术86例(实验组),同期开展普通后腹腔镜手术97例(对照组)。对两组的临床资料进行比较。结果两组手术均获成功,手术时间、术中出血量均无显著区别;但实验组与对照组相比显著减少了手术时气腹、全麻可能引起的高碳酸血症和/或恶心呕吐等并发症。结论应用可折叠软柄撑开器开展免气腹非全麻后腹腔镜手术与普通后腹腔镜手术相比同样微创,患者痛苦小、恢复快、易于接受。Objective To discuss the value of the collapsible distraction device with soft-handle to gasless retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery- under non-general anesthesia. Methods 86 cases were treated by gasless retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery under non-general anesthesia using the collapsible distraction device with soft-handle （experimental group）; Over the same period 97 cases were treated by traditional retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery （control group）. The data were compared in the two groups. Resuits The two groups had all been done successfully. There were no significant difference between operation time and blood loss, but the possible complications such as hypercapnia nausea, vomiting, ete were caused by pneumoperitoneum and general anesthesia had decreased significantly. Conclusion Using gasless retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery under non-general anesthesia with the collapsible distraction device with soft-handle is minimal invasive as traditional retroperitoneal laparoscopy; Patients are willing to accept it for its advantages of less pain and rapid recovery.
