微创治疗腹膜后纤维化10例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创治疗腹膜后纤维化(RPF)患者的护理方法。方法:对10例RPF患者行微创治疗,同时给予精心护理。结果:本组2例行输尿管D-J管置入术,1例治愈,1例好转;3例行肾穿刺造瘘术,2例好转,1例死亡;5例行腹腔镜输尿管粘连松解术,4例治愈,1例好转。术后随访0.5～5.0年,3例肾功能恢复正常,2例肾积水患者积水消失,1例死于尿毒症。结论:对RPF行微创治疗患者加强护理,可确保治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To explore the nursing methods in the minimally invasive treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis（RPF）.Methods： 10 patients with RPF underwent minimally invasive treatment and were given careful nursing care.Results： Two patients were treated with placement of ureteral D-J tube,one of the patients was cured and another one was improved;among the three patients who underwent percutaneous nephrostomy,2 patients were improved and one died;5 patients underwent laparoscopic ureteral adhesiolysis,4 of them were cured and one was improved.The follow-up was conducted for 0.5-5.0 years,the renal functions of 3 patients returned to normal,the uronephrosis disappeared in two patients,one patient died of uremia.Conclusion： The minimally invasive treatment applied to RPF patients can ensure the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of the patients.
