摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对断指再植患者术后功能锻炼的影响。方法:将1 127例(1 648指)断指再植患者随机分为实验组和对照组各563例(824指),对照组术后给予常规康复护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预。观察比较两组患者术后功能锻炼情况。结果:两组患者术后功能锻炼依从性、恢复情况、心理状况及并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可提高断指再植患者术后功能锻炼依从性,提高了术后功能恢复率,减少并发症发生。Objective： To evaluate the impact of nursing intervention on the postoperative functional exercise of the patients with replantation of severed fingers.Methods： 1127 patients with replantation（1648 fingers） were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group（563 cases and 824 fingers for each group）.The patients were given routine postoperative rehabilitation nursing care in the control group and the patients in the experimental group received extra comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine one.The postoperative functional exercise of the patients was observed and compared between the two groups.Results： The differences in the comparison of the patient＇s compliance of postoperative functional exercise,recovery,mental status and the incidence of complications were statistically significant between the two groups（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can enhance the patient＇s compliance of postoperative functional exercise,improve the postoperative recovery rate of the functions and reduce the occurrence of complications.
