椿皮三氯甲烷部位化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究椿皮中三氯甲烷部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、HP-20和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对三氯甲烷萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从三氯甲烷萃取部分分离5个化合物。分别鉴定为:豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(Ⅰ),豆甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(Ⅱ),5,6,7,8-四甲氧基香豆素(Ⅲ),ocotillone(Ⅳ),20-羟基达玛-24-烯酮(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the chloroform portion of Ailanthus altissima.Method： The chloroform portion were isolated and pured by silica gel column chromatography,HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20.Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data（1H-NMR,13C-NMR）.Result：Five compounds were isolated from the chloroform portion.They were identified as stigmast-4-en-3-one（Ⅰ）,stigmast-4,6,8（14）,22-tetra-en-3-one（Ⅱ）,5,6,7,8-tetramethoxycoumarin（Ⅲ）,ocotillone（Ⅳ）,20-hydroxy-dammara-24-en-one（Ⅴ）.Conclusion：Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
