摘　　要：将计算机支持的协同工作（ＣＳＣＷ）的概念引入计算机辅助测试领域，旨在实现对于大型贵重测试资源的共享，解决ＶＬＳＩ测试中的瓶颈问题。文章分别简述计算机协同测试系统ＣｏＴｅｓｔ的体系结构和系统的具体实现及其中关键技术。Application of CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Works) to IC testing are introduced ,which attempts to share the large and precious test resources,in order to solve one of the key problems in VLSI testing. Section 1,mainly introduce the structure of the system; Section 2, the Cooperation Test System(CoTest) relization and some critical technics; Finally,a MOS characteristics remote test example was presented.
