摘  要:目的比较黄连、大黄和苦参联合与其单药对金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外抗菌活性的关系,为临床研制治疗MRSA感染的中药制剂提供参考。方法采用肉汤稀释法测定其对MRSA的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值,推算出MIC50和MIC90值,并作比较。结果黄连、大黄和苦参单药及相互配伍后对MRSA的抑菌效果从高至低依次为:黄连、黄连-苦参、黄连-大黄、大黄-苦参、大黄、苦参。结论大黄与苦参配伍对MRSA呈相加作用;黄连与苦参呈无关作用;黄连与大黄呈拮抗作用。Objective To observe the antibacterial activity of single or combined application of rhizoma coptidis,rhubarb and sophora ilavescens ait on staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in vitro in order to provide reference for clinical preparation of the Chinese traditional medicines of treating MRSA infection. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) to MRSA were detected by broth dilution method, and the MIC50 and the MICgO were calculated and compared. Results The antibacterial activities of these Chinese traditional medicines on MRSA in vitro were in turn rhizoma coptidis, rhubarb and sophora flavescens ait, rhizoma coptidis, rhizoma coptidis and rhubarb, rhubarb and sophora flavescens ait, rhubarb, sophora flavescens ait. Conclusion The compatibility of rhubarb and sophora flavescens ait has synergism, and the compatibility of rhizoma coptidis and sophora flavescens ait has no correlation, however, the compatibility of rhizoma coptidis and rhubarb has antagonism.
