中药复方制剂对锦鲤生长、体色及若干生理生化指标的影响研究

摘　　要：在基础饵料中添加三种中药复方制剂,投喂锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio)20 d后,测定各试验组的生长指标、血液白细胞吞噬活性以及尿素氮含量,测定肝脏谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)活性,测定鱼体红色部位鳞片的色素含量。结果表明:与对照组比较,三种中药复方制剂均能提高锦鲤的增重率、肥满度、肝体比,降低饲料系数。复方1中剂量组可显著降低血清尿素氮含量,提高肝脏SOD活性,降低肝脏MDA活性;高剂量组对提高肝脏SOD活性,降低肝脏MDA活性作用显著。复方2中剂量组可以显著降低血清尿素氮的含量,提高肝脏GPT活性;高剂量组对SOD活性作用显著。复方3低剂量组对MDA作用显著。同时复方3各剂量组对肝脏GOT作用显著。复方2各剂量组可显著提高体色的鲜艳度。对于白细胞的吞噬活性,复方1、3各剂量组吞噬百分比与对照组相比显著提高;复方1、3的中、高剂量组与对照组相比吞噬指数也显著提高。综合以上结果,复方1中剂量组在生长、增强免疫力等方面,复方2中剂量组在生长、体色及抗氧化性等方面具有显著作用,两者可推荐为锦鲤的饲料添加剂。A 20-day feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of three kinds of Chinese herbal compound preparations（compoundⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ） on growth,skin color and immunity of Cyprinus carpio.After the experiment,growth indices,blood urea nitrogen（BUN） content and phagocytic activity of leucocytes in blood,activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase（GPT）,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase（GOT）,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） in livers,pigment content in skin were determined.The results indicated that compared with the control group,the weight gain,relative fatness,hepatosmatic index of three tested groups were enhanced,and the feed conversion ratios were reduced.Middle-dose group of compoundⅠ significantly reduced BUN contents in serum and increased SOD activities in livers.High-dose group significantly increased SOD activities and reduced MDA activities in livers.Middle-dose group of compoundⅡ significantly reduced BUN contents in serum,increased GPT activities in livers.High-dose group significantly increased SOD activities in livers.Low-dose group of compound Ⅲ significantly reduced MDA activities in livers.At the same time,all dose groups of compound Ⅲ significantly increased activities of GOT in livers.All dose groups of compoundⅡsignificantly increased the means of OD value of red pigment in skin.The results of tests of phagocytic activity of leucocytes in blood suggested that Chinese herbal compoundⅠ and Ⅲ had marked phagocytic activity.Based on the results of the trial,middle-dose group of compoundsⅠand Ⅱwere recommended to supplement to the diet for Cyprinus carpio.
