摘  要:以‘郑单958’和‘农大108’为材料,研究了不同浓度硫酸锰浸种对老化玉米种子的萌发及萌发过程中种子抗氧化酶活性、脱氢酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:用0.25~1.0g/L的硫酸锰处理玉米种子,提高了种子的活力指数和种子萌发时脱氢酶的活性,降低了MDA含量,其中以1.0 g/L浓度处理效果最好。同时,1.0 g/L的硫酸锰处理显著提高了种子萌发时的过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。1.0 g/L硫酸锰作用下‘郑单958’的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性溏和可溶性蛋白含量均显著升高,但对‘农大108’作用不明显。综上所述,硫酸锰处理加快了玉米种子的萌发速率,提高了玉米种子萌发期间的抗氧化水平,但作用机制存在基因型上的差异。This paper using the summer maize hybrids 'Zhengdan958' and 'Nongda108' as the experimental materials,the effects of different concentrations of MnSO4 on the seed germination of aging maize and some physiological characteristics including the activities of antioxidase and dehydrogenase,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar and soluble protein were analyzed.The results showed that the vigor of the seeds and the activity of dehydrogenase appeared to be increased,but actually declined the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),and the positive effect of 1.0 g/L MnSO4 was the best.The 1.0 g/L MnSO4 significantly enhanced the activity of peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT).The 1.0 g/L MnSO4 also significantly increased the activity of dismutase(SOD) and the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein of 'Zhengdan958',but had less effect on 'Nongda108'.The results suggested that the MnSO4 treatment accelerated seed germination and enhanced antioxidation level.However the effect and mechanism of manganese varied with maize hybrids.
