摘　　要：水稻类受体激酶CRINKLY4参与了植物细胞的增殖和分化。为了寻找CRINKLY4的胞外结合蛋白,采用了水稻CRINKLY4的胞外域作为诱饵蛋白,酵母双杂交筛选两周的小苗cDNA文库。结果得到许多靶标蛋白,其中一个水通道蛋白质值得关注。CRINKLY4 was a growth factor-like plant receptor kinase influencing a wide array of developmental processes including proliferation and differentiation.To search for extracellular binding proteins of CRINKLY4,the extracellular domain of CRINKLY4 was used as a bait in a yeast two-hybrid system to screen the cDNA library of leaves of two weeks old seedlings.Numerous candidate proteins including a notable intrusting protein were identified.
