摘　　要：我国现有的农村金融服务体系由于国有商业银行的退出、农村政策性金融职能的弱化以及农村信用合作社改革的滞后等原因而处于萎缩状态,不能适应农村经济发展的需要。以发展新型农村金融机构为契机,构建河北省农村金融服务一体化模式,通过各金融领域的沟通与协作,铸造一个健康、高效、相互协调的农村金融服务体系。As the withdrawing of the state-owned commercial banks from rural area,the contracting of rural policy finance service,and the delaying of rural credit cooperative reformation,the present rural financial service system was shirinked and could not fully satisfied the demands of the economic development in rural area.Taking the opportunity of new rural financial institutions,the construction of the rural finance service integration mode could be constructed.By promoting the coordination and communication of different financial realm,a rural financial service system that was coordinated,wellness and efficient could be established.
