摘　　要：目的:探讨疏血通注射液对髋部术后患者血浆内皮素水平变化的影响及其临床意义。方法:将50例髋部术后患者随机分为两组,均行常规基础治疗,疏血通组23例,给予疏血通注射液静脉滴注;低分子肝素钠组27例患者,给予低分子肝素钠皮下注射,疗程均为14d。结果:两组血浆内皮素水平均较术后第3d明显下降(P<0.05),且疏血通组的含量明显低于低分子肝素钠组,P<0.05。结论:疏血通注射液可使髋部术后血浆内皮素含量降低,调节凝血和抗凝功能的动态平衡,降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong （疏血通） injection on plasma endothelin （ET） levels in patients after hip orthopedic operation and its clinical significance.Methods Fifty hip orthopedic surgery patients were randomly divided into the Shuxuetong group and the low-molecular-weight heparin（LMWH） group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.In the Shuxuetong group （23 cases） each patient was given Shuxuetong intravenously 6 mL once a day;in the LMWH group （27 cases） each patient was given LMWH 5 000 IU subcutaneously once daily.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Results ET levels of two groups had a marked drop as compared with those on the third day after operation （ 0.005）,and the ET levels of the Shuxuetong group were lower than those of the LMWH group,（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can decrease the ET level after hip orthopedic surgery,adjust the coagulation and the anticoagulation balance,significantly reducing the incidence of deep-vein thrombosis.
