摘 要:采用小模数预张拉钢绞线网片-聚合物砂浆外加层加固既有建筑种植屋面,钢绞线应力尚未达到极限值,其应变宜应用平截面假设确定,钢绞线材料的物理关系应限于弹性阶段,其弹性模量Ew也不宜取值过高,据此导出极限承载弯矩的计算式,计算结果与实验结果吻合好,其可靠性为我们承担的大量工程实践证实。根据大量计算结果归纳总结出承载力提高系数随原板厚度、钢绞线配置量、预张拉强度系数的关系曲线。就方法对既有建筑屋面板的限制条件也在总结大量计算结果的基础上进行了综合评述。Using small diameter steel wire mesh by pre-tension and polymer mortar layer reinforced planting roofing of old buildings,stress of the steel wire have not yet reached the limit;its strain should be determined according to hypothesis of normal sections.Physical relationship of the steel strand's materials should be elastic stage and the value of elastic modulus also should not be too high.The calculation formula of maximum load-bearing moment is derived according to the prerequisites difference from the current calculation method..Calculating results are better consistent with experimental data.Based on a lot of calculation result,the relation curves of bearing increase coefficient with the original thickness,with quantity of the used wire,with pre-splitting tension intensity coefficients are obtained.The restricted factors of the methods suitable old building roof plate was commented synthetically on the basis of summary of lots of the calculating results.
