摘 要:目的:观察姜黄素对高脂血症小鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量的影响及其抗氧化性作用。方法:将60只清洁级雄性小鼠分为正常组10只、高脂血症模型组50只。饲养4周后,按每组10只分为:高脂血症模型组、阳性对照组,姜黄素低、中、高剂量组,给药3周后处死,取血,检测TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL、GSH-PX。结果:与正常对照组比较,姜黄素能降低TC、TG(P<0.01)、LDL-C含量(P<0.05),升高HDL、GSH-PX含量(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:姜黄素具有降低高脂饮食小鼠TC、TG、LDL含量,升高HDL、GSH-PX含量的作用。Objective: To observe the effects of curcumin on levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) of mice with hyperlipidemia and its antioxidant effect.Methods: 60 male mice of clean grade were divided into normal group(10),hyperlipidemia model group(50).After 4 weeks of feeding,hyperlipidemia model group were subdivided into 5 groups,10 in each group: hyperlipidemia model group,positive control group,low dose curcumin group,medium and high dose group,they were killed to test the content of blood TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL,GSH-PX three weeks after the administration.Results: Compared with normal control group,curcumin can reduce the levels of TC,TG(P0.01),LDL-C(P0.05),increase levels of HDL,GSH-PX(P0.05),with a statistical significance.Conclusion: Curcumin can reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL of mice with high-fat diet,and increase the levels of HDL,GSH-PX.
