摘 要:制备了氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)2]包覆红磷(Mg-en-P),并将其应用于玻纤(GF)增强PA66的阻燃。当Mg-en-P用量为30份时,其阻燃PA66/GF(质量比100/35)材料可达V-0级,氧指数(LOI)为36.5%,其值比商品化红磷母粒(Com-en-P)阻燃PA66/GF高出7.5%,且燃烧时间较短。Mg-en-P阻燃PA66/GF材料的弯曲强度及耐漏电起痕指数(CTI)值均高于Com-en-P阻燃PA66/GF材料,而冲击强度略有降低。Mg-en-P阻燃PA66/GF材料在较低温度下失重,表明Mg(OH)2分解生成的水有助于红磷生成强脱水的聚偏磷酸,起到阻燃作用。Encapsulated red phosphorous with Mg (OH) 2 (Mg-en-P) was prepared and its application on glass fibre reinforced nylon 66 (PA66/GF) was studied. When the content of Mg-en-P was 30, the composite reached rating of V-0 and LOI was 36. 5, which was higher than that of Com-en-P. The flexual strength and CTI of PA66/GF containing Mg-en-P were higher than those of PA66/GF with the Com-en-P. However its impact strength was decreased. PA66/GF with Mg-en-P lost its weight at a relatively low temperature, indicating that H 20 decomposed by Mg (OH) 2 made red phosphorous easily form poly ( metaphosphoric acid) which had strong dehydration properties, so that the flame-retardancy of PA66/GF was improved.
