摘 要:选用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)高胶粉(ABSHR)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)对苯并噁嗪(BOZ)/磷酸三苯酯(TPP)/ABS无卤阻燃体系进行增韧改性;探讨了增韧剂对ABS无卤阻燃体系的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响;同时采用扫描电镜(SEM)对其断面形态进行表征。结果表明:ABSHR添加量为10份时,体系的冲击强度提高了35%,其拉伸强度和氧指数影响较小;NBR添加量为10份时,体系的冲击强度从4.62 kJ/m2提高到26.3 kJ/m2,提高了469%。体系的拉伸强度和氧指数有所下降。DMA显示在丁腈橡胶增韧的体系中,苯并噁嗪树脂的Tg与ABS高胶粉增韧体系相比向低温方向移动了4.6℃。Halogen-free flame retardant system of benzoxazine (BOZ)/triphenyl phosphate (TPP)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene( ABS ) was toughened and modified by acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene with high rubber (ABSHR) and nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). The effect of toughening agent on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties were investigated. The cross-sections after impact test was characterized by SEM. When the content of ABSHR was 10 phr, the impact strength increased by 35%. The effect of ABSHR on tensile strength and LOI of the toughened ABS was little. When the content of NBR was 10 phr, the impact strength was increased from 4. 62 kJ/m2 to 26. 3 kJ/m2, but the tensile strength and LOI decreased. DMA results showed that Tg of benzoxazine in NBR toughened system shift 4.6 ℃ to low temperature compared with that in ABSHR toughened.
