摘　　要：目的:探讨精神分裂症患者家属的照顾负担及其影响因素。方法:在深圳市某精神病专科医院住院部、门诊部共采集464名符合特定入组标准的患者家属,从精神分裂症患者家属的家庭功能水平、社会支持、应对方式等多个方面,运用多元逐步回归法进行分析。结果:①患者的父母、配偶常体验到较高程度的照顾负担;②家庭功能水平、病人复发加重次数以及与患者的关系等6个预测变量进入照顾负担的回归方程,共解释照顾负担33.5%的方差变异,其中家庭功能水平解释比例最多达到13.4%。结论:①精神分裂症患者的父母、配偶常体验到较高水平的照顾负担;②在东方社会文化背景下,家庭功能水平对于患者家属体验到的照顾负担大小影响显著。Objective： To investigate the burden of care of family members of patients with schizophrenia and its influencing factors.Methods： 464 family members of schizophrenic patients from inpatient and outpatient departments of a psychiatric hospital inpatient in Shenzhen,were collected into groups that met certain standards of family members of schizophrenic patients from the level of family function,social support,coping style,and other aspects,and analyzed with multiple regression.Results： ①The patients＇ parents,and spouses often experienced a higher level of care burden;②The level of family functioning,the number of patients relapse,and the relationship between the patient could explain 33.5% of the variance of the burden to take care.Conclusion： ①The parents and spouses of schizophrenic patients often experience higher levels of care burden;②In Eastern social and cultural background,level of family functioning for families of patients experienced significant effect on the size of the burden of care.
