摘　　要：随着企业跨边界合作实践的不断深入,模块化网络组织已成为理论界与实业界关注的焦点。本文运用文献分析与逻辑推演方法,提出模块化网络组织的风险架构;运用ANP网络分析法建立多指标综合评价模型,对模块化网络组织风险进行评价;运用案例研究方法,对具有典型模块化网络组织特征的一汽企业集团网络进行研究,分析其风险的来源及其表现。研究结论对制定风险控制措施提供科学依据,也为类似网络型组织的有效运作提供必要的理论指导。With the development of cross-border cooperation among companies, modular network organization has become focus in theorists and business community. In this paper, the literature analysis and logical deduction methods were used to propose risks structure of modular network organization. ANP network analysis was used to build a multi-index comprehensive evaluation model, in order to assess the risk of modular network organization. A case study of FAW Group was present to analysis performance and source of risk in a typical modular network organization. Research results could provide a scientific basis for risk control measures formulation and necessary theoretical guidance for effective operation of similar organizations.
