摘　　要：地方志是经世致用之书,是地情信息资料性工具书,它集中反映了一个地域自然、政治、经济、军事、文化、人物、社会等各个方面发展变化的全貌。新编地方志以其特有的信息资源优势,为我国社会主义建设事业,为世界了解中国发挥了重要作用。在第一轮修志工作结束之后,第二轮编修工作启动之时,编辑一部完整、全面的新编地方志目录,不仅能够展示首轮修志成果,还能把这些成果广泛地推向社会,介绍给大众,使之充分发挥作用。Local history book is a Confucian;Love is in the book information tools.It reflects a regional natural,political,economic,military,culture,people,social development and change in all aspects of the whole picture.New local history with its unique information resources,as China＇s socialist construction,for the world to understand China played an important role.After the first round of the local chronicles,the second round started editing work when editing a complete and comprehensive directory of New local history,not only show the fruit,but also to those results to the society,introduced to the public,so that full effect.
