摘　　要：分析了铁路行包运输过程中社会信息服务的需求,并根据我国铁路行包运输及信息技术的发展状况,提出了以InternetThis paper analyzed the demands of information services facing to society in the course of railway package transportation by comparing with the information system of foreign express transportation enterprises. It also brought out the services system project based on internet technology according to the development of package transportation and IT in our railway.
