摘　　要：以某铁矿为例,阐述了现场混装乳化炸药在VCR采矿法中的具体应用,说明了整体设计思路,对具体施工方案包括参数确定、分块以及钻孔,然后对VCR掏槽方法与分段侧向爆破进行了详细研究。爆破施工现场实践证明:将现场混装乳化炸药在VCR采矿法应用后,明显简化了施工细节,减轻了劳动强度;同时大大降低了施工成本,对于资源开采类企业具有明显的经济效益。Taking some iron ore for instance,the authors demonstrate the concrete application of site mixing emulsion explosive in VCR mining method,illustrate the overall design concept and probe into the concrete construction program including parameter determination,blocking,drilling,VCR cutting method and sectional blasting.Site practice proves that the application of site mixing emulsion explosive in VCR mining method has simplified construction detail,lightened labor intensity and greatly reduced construction costs,which has significant economic benefits for resource-mining enterprises.
