摘 要:简要阐述了锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4的结构、工作原理及其制备和改性方法,提出液相-固相合成法将成为其最有发展前途的制备方法,并对采用碳掺杂及包裹和金属掺杂等改性方法以提高LiFePO4电导率的性能进行了概述。As one new type of lithium ion cathode material,lithium iron phosphate would become to be one prosperity material of new energy power bettery in future twenty-one century because of its low cost,environment benignancy and high capacity.In this research,structure,operation theory,preparation and modified of LiFePO4 were introduced.Compared advantages and disadvantages with solid and liquid method,it considered that the liquid-solid phase synthesis would be the most promising preparation method of synthesis,and the modified methods of metal ions and carbon doped were also summarized to improve the conductivity of LiFePO4.
