摘　　要：二水湿法磷酸在浓缩过程中由于含有少量的金属离子和硫酸根、氟硅酸根离子,容易在换热器内形成稳定的物质沉积在设备管道内壁,造成系统堵塞,给系统生产带来严重影响。因此拟通过添加缓释阻垢剂来抑制结垢的形成,从浓缩系统试验来看效果比较明显,具有极大的应用和推广价值。The phosphoric acid dihydrate by wet process contains little metal ions and sulfate,fluorosilicate-radial in concentration process,which could deposit at tubing inner wall of heat exchanger as stable substance,blocking up system,seriously impacting production system.Therefore,delayed releasing scale inhibitor should be added to inhibit scale formation.The effect is obvious in test of concentration system,having great application and promotion value.
