摘　　要：从 Internet对高校图书馆的影响、新一代的图书馆集成化系统以及网络化图书馆对图书馆工作人员的影响三个方面 ,阐述了网络时代高校图书馆改变原有观念及工作模式 ,进行数字化资源建设 ,充分利用网络信息资源开拓图书情报服务的必要性 .在此基础上提出了加强图书馆间协调 。The paper illustrates the necessity of changing the original ideas and working patterns related to library,implementing the digital resource management,full making use of the resource of Internet information and improving the information service of the library by university libraries in the Internet ages.It revolves around the following three aspects:the effect of the Internet on university libraries,the up to date library integrated system and the influence of the university network on the working staff.Finally,the author puts forward the views of strengthening the coordination between libraries to accomplish the mutual complement and sharing in resources by applying the network technique.
