摘  要:研究了由膨润土制取超细硅酸铝的方法,确定了适宜的工艺路线和条件,分析了产品质量。实验结果表明:该法生产超细硅酸铝所需的氧化铝、二氧化硅均来自于膨润土矿,无需采用工业原料,可使其生产成本得到有效降低;与现有技术相比,该法生产硫酸铝和水玻璃的工艺条件温和,能耗有显著降低。The preparation method of ultra-fine aluminum silicate from the bentonite was studied.The appropriate process route and conditions were determined.The product quality was analyzed.The results showed that the alumina and silicon dioxide used for production of ultra-fine aluminum silicate were both from bentonite without using industrial raw materials in this process,so the production cost can be effectively reduced.Compared with the existing technology,the conditions of production of aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate in this process were mild,so it's energy consumption was significantly reduced.
