海勃湾水利枢纽移民安置环境影响分析

摘　　要：海勃湾水利枢纽是一座以社会公益性为主的大型水利建设项目,工程的开发具有防凌、发电、促进内蒙古西部地区经济发展、改善当地生态环境的重要作用,但由于水库淹没影响搬迁安置人口众多,移民安置对环境的影响不容忽视,从安置区环境容量分析出发,对移民安置环境影响进行分析,并提出环境保护措施。Haibowan Water Control Project is a large - scaled hydraulic work taking priority to social public welfare,it plays the role of ice prevention,power generation,promoting the economic development of west area of Inner Mongolia and improving local ecological environment. Influenced by reservoir inundation,many people will be resettled.Therefore,the impact of resettlement on environment cannot be ignored. This text analyzes the environmental impact from the point of environmental capacity of resettlement area and puts forward the environmental protection measures to be taken.
