“和谐使命-2010”任务中非洲四国民众疾病谱的统计与分析

摘　　要：目的通过对非洲4国疾病谱的统计与分析,探讨海上医院针对非洲贫困国家医疗服务的专业设置及医疗力量编成,为今后类似医疗服务提供参考。方法以"和谐使命-2010"任务中海上医院诊治的疾病种类为依据,分析非洲4国疾病谱及其形成的原因和规律。结果 4个非洲国家以专科类疾病为主,其中眼科疾病最多,占14.5%,耳鼻喉科疾病9.4%;外科系统疾病以骨科为多,占10.7%,且以骨关节疾病发病率最高;内科系统疾病以心内科为多,占9.9%;高血压、脂肪肝发病率高。结论医疗力量抽组,应加强专科人员,尤其是眼科、耳鼻喉科,同时应加强骨科和心内科医疗力量。Objective To discuss the establishment of specialties and the composition of medical assets for the delivery of medical service to the poor Mrican countries, and to provide reference for similar future medical service in that region, through statisti- cal analysis of the illness spectrum for the inhabitants of the 4 African countries. Methods Based on categories of disemss dissnosed and treated on the hospital afloat during ＂Mission Harmony -2010＂, the reason and rule for the formation of the illness spectrum in the 4 African countries were analyzed, and composition and employment of medical assets were also discussed. Results Statistical results showed special diseases were dominant, of which eye diseases were most frequently occurred diseases, accounting for 14.5% and oto- laryngologic diseases ranked the second, accounting for 9.4%. For surgical diseases, orthopedic disorders were dominant, accounting for 10.7%, with osteoarthropathy having the highest rate of incidence. For diseases of internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases were dominant, accounting for 9.9%, with hypertension and fatty liver as the most frequently occurred diseases. Conclusion The selection and composition of the medical specialists should be stressed, especially for ophthalmic, otolaryngologic specialists, and at the same time, emphasis should also be paid to orthopedics and internal medicine concerning cardiovascular diseases.
