摘　　要：介绍了某厂300 kt/a硫酸装置转化工序的工艺流程、主要设备配置及其结构特点、生产操作实践,重点阐述了转化工序的升温和降温停产操作,特别是在升温和降温操作时应注意的问题,并结合生产实际谈了几点操作体会。An introduction of the process flow,main equipment and construction features,and production operation practice of a 300 kt/a sulphuric acid plant are provided.The temperature rise and temperature drop shutdown operation of the conversion unit are highlighted,particularly precautions to be taken during the temperature rise and temperature drop operations.And some of the operation considerations with reference to actual production are discusses.
