甲状腺上动脉峰值流速与甲状腺功能亢进症治疗前后甲状腺激素水平的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症治疗前后甲状腺上动脉峰值流速与甲状腺激素水平的相关性。方法回顾分析30例甲状腺功能亢进症患者治疗前后彩色多普勒血流图检测结果中甲状腺实质内血流分布和甲状腺上动脉峰值流速(PSV)及其与血T3、T4测值的关系。结果治疗前后甲状腺上动脉PSV差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),甲状腺上动脉PSV与血T3、T4检验值呈正相关(r=0.850,P<0.01)。结论甲状腺功能亢进症治疗前后血T3、T4水平反映了药物疗效,甲状腺上动脉PSV与血T3、T4水平呈正相关,故甲状腺上动脉PSV对药物疗效可提供良好的参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between the peak systolic velocity（PSV） of superior thyroid artery and the serum levels of thyroid hormones before and after drug treatment in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods It was retrospectivly analyzed what the blood flow distribution in thyroid glandular substance and the PSV of superior thyroid artery was,and what the relationship between the PSA of superior thyroid artery and the value of T3,T4 was,in 30 cases who received drug treatment before and after.Results There was a significant difference in the PSV of superior thyroid artery between before and after drug therapy（P0.01）.There was a positive correlation between the PSV of superior thyroid artery and the serum value of T3 and T4（r=0.850,P0.01）.Conclusions The serum level of T3 and T4 could reflect the curative effect of drug treatment for patients with hyperthyroidism.There was a positive correlation between the PSV of superior thyroid artery and the serum level of T3 and T4,so the PSV of superior thyroid artery could offer favourable referenced index for curative effect of drug treatment.
