摘　　要：以开闩板锻造为研究对象,分析了其锻造的工艺性,改善了模锻工艺,优化了锻模设计结构,提高了锻件质量、锻造效率和锻模使用寿命。Taking the open latch plate forging as the research object, analyzed the forging process, improved the forging process, optimized the design of forging die structure and improved the forging quality, efficiency and the forging die forging life.
