摘 要:本研究利用5个微卫星标记BL1038、BM757、BM4621、OarFCB304、OarFCB48对小尾寒羊的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,小尾寒羊群体在5个微卫星标记中共发现有57个等位基因,小尾寒羊群体的有效等位基因数(Ne)在5.7315~12.3025之间,5个微卫星标记的有效等位基因数平均达到7.4888个,其中OarFCB48的有效等位基因数最高为12.3025个。5个微卫星标记中平均杂合度为0.8559,其中OarFCB48的杂合度最高为0.9187。微卫星标记OarFCB48的多态信息含量(PIC)最高为0.9130,BM757的PIC最低为0.8091,平均PIC为0.8439。说明小尾寒羊群体属于多态信息含量较高的遗传群体。In this study,genetic diversity was analyzed by using BL1038,BM757,BM4621,OarFCB304,OarFCB48 these five microsatellite markers in Small-tailed Han sheep.The results showed that there were 57 alleles in the five microsatellite loci of Small-tailed Han sheep.The number of effective alleles(Ne) were between 5.7315 and 12.3025 in Small-tailed Han sheep.The average number of effective alleles of five microsatellite loci was 7.4888.The highest number of effective allele of OarFCB48 was 12.3025.The average heterozygosity of five microsatellite loci was 0.8559.The heterozygosity of OarFCB48 was the highest was 0.9187.The PIC content of OarFCB48 was the highest which could be 0.9130 and BM757 was the lowest which was only 0.8091,0.8439 for the average PIC.The reseach showed that the polymorphism information content of Small-tailed Han sheep was higher and it could provide the scientific basis for conservation and utilization breeds of sheep.
