摘　　要：目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)的冠心病患者,应用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)术治疗时规范的整体护理和特殊护理结合的模式的应用问题。方法回顾性分析我院近年冠心病行PCI术并应用IABP后21例的临床护理资料。结果 通过术前、术中、术后规范做好整体护理的同时,采取特殊护理的措施,及时发现和处理相关并发症,经治疗19例痊愈出院。2例则因冠状动脉血管严重病变而不能实行有效的PCI手术死亡。结论对于IABP的PCI术冠心病患者,在术前、术中、术后采用规范、科学的整体护理和特殊护理相结合的方法,是救治患者的生命,减少致残以及死亡的重要的措施。Objective To investigate the incorporated mode of normative and scientific holistic nursing care and special care of IABP for coronary artery disease patients after PCI.Methods The clinical nursing data of 21 patients with artery disease using PCI and IABP treatment in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The complications were fund and handled in timely for patients adopted the incorporated mode of normative holistic nursing care and special care in the process of preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative.19 patients were healed and discharged from hospital,and two with severity coronary artery lesions died for the failure of PCI.Conclusion It is a key way to subject the incorporated mode of normative and scientific holistic nursing care and special care of IABP to artery disease patients after PCI for decreasing the rate of disable and death.
