摘　　要：近年来,随着经济的快速增长,经济增长成为一个研究的热点。但在经济迅速增长的同时,一国经济增长的效率到底如何呢?既定的经济增长是否充分地带来了它所能够带来的国民生活水平和社会福利水平的提高?而这都涉及到经济的动态效率,通过从动态效率的定义、判别标准、经济动态无效产生的原因及消除经济动态无效的途径等方面的研究作一个综述性的分析。In recent years,with the fast growth of economy,economic growth has become a hot research topic.However,with the fast development of economy,what＇s the situation of the economic growth efficiency of a country？ Whether certain economic growth can improve people＇s living standard and social welfare？ All these concern about the dynamic efficiency of economy.A comprehensive analysis is made on the definition and the discrimination standard of dynamic efficiency,the causes of economic dynamic inefficiency,and the methods to eliminate economic dynamic inefficiency.
