石蜡油用于盆底肌肉康复术中的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的评价在盆底肌肉康复中使用医用石蜡油替代专用润滑导电膏可行性。方法 2009年12月-2010年8月在我院行盆底肌肉康复术疗程10～15次的患者分两组,一组行电刺激时选择石蜡油,另一组使用润滑导电膏,记录盆底肌肉有效收缩时的电流强度。结果石蜡油组平均电流强度为(48.0±8.1)mA,导电膏组平均电流强度为(48.4±8.4)mA,2组所需电流强度无差异(P>0.05)。结论在盆底肌肉康复术中选择石蜡油替代导电膏作润滑剂时,不增加电流强度,不影响治疗效果,为导电膏过敏患者的一种替代方法。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of replacing the special lubrication conductive paste by medical paraffin oil in pelvic floor muscles rehabilitation.Method To choose the patients who received treatment for 10 to 15 times in the course of pelvic floor muscles rehabilitation from December in 2009 to August in 2010,and they were divided into two groups.When using the electric stimulation,one of the groups chose the paraffin oil and the other group lubrication conductive paste,and the current intensity when there were effective contractions of pelvic floor muscles was written down.Results The average current intensity of the group used paraffin oil was（48.0±8.1）mA,and the group used conductive paste（48.4±8.4）mA.There was no difference（P〈0.05） between the current intensity of the two groups.Conclusion When choosing paraffin oil to replace conductive paste in pelvic floor muscles rehabilitation,it increases no current intensity,and it has no effect on the efficacy.It is an alternative method for the patients with conductive paste allergy.
