摘  要:采用醇盐的乙醇溶液,在70 ℃下水解与结晶分步进行,制备了纳米锐钛矿相二氧化钛胶体及粉体.以XRD、BET、TEM、HREM、TG-DTA、光子相关光谱(PCS)等方法对胶体及粉体进行了表征.光子相关光谱分析表明胶体极为稳定;高分辨透射电子显微镜分析表明所得胶体中二氧化钛晶形发育完整,220 ℃处理后粒子平均粒径为9nm ,比表面积171 m 2/g.Nanonsized anatase titania colloid and powders were prepared by hydrolysis of titanium tetrabutoxide in basic media and then dehydrated at 70℃ in acid media. The powder and colloid were characterized by XRD, BET, TEM, HREM, TG DTA, PCS(photon correlation spectroscopy) methods. It was found that the titania particles in colloid were already crystallite with anatase crystal lattice after being dehydrated in acid media. The average diameter of titania nanonpowder after calcination at 220 ℃ is 9 nm and the specific surface area is 171 m 2/g.
