摘　　要：灰色收入在公立医院中产生、生存和蔓延对医院经济有着巨大的破坏作用,这种破坏正像灰色收入本身一样具有隐蔽性。旨在认识公立医院灰色收入的发展过程,了解它的特征,搞清它的蔓延方式,设计抑制它的战略构想,以减少它对医院经济的破坏作用,进一步促进公立医院在医疗市场上的主导作用,能够为人民群众的健康提供最优化的保障。Grey income,which is generated and spread in public hospitals,plays a huge destructive role in the hospital economy,and the destruction is elusive as well as grey income itself.Therefore,understanding the development and characteristics of grey income in public hospitals is very important.To find out its spread style,we can restrain strategic assumptions of grey income to reduce the destructive impact to health economics,and to promote the leading role of public hospitals in the medical market,because it can provide optimized guarantee and service to the public.
