摘　　要：在公平与效率两方面对市场主导型、国家福利型、公共合同型和公私功能互补型4类医药卫生体制的代表国家进行分析与比较的基础上,对4类医药卫生体制的改革效果进行分析与比较,进而找出其对中国医药卫生体制改革的启示。Based on analyzing and comparing the two aspects of fairness and efficiency of the representative countries of the medical and health system containing market-based type,national welfare type,public contract type and complementary public and private functions type,we then analyze and compare their reform effects and find out the tips to Chinese medical and health system.
