北京市某区流动人口妇女参加医疗保险意愿影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解社会经济状况、流动状况、健康状况和参保状况等因素对北京市流动妇女参保意愿的影响。方法利用"北京市某区流动人口卫生服务利用"调查数据,采取无序多分类Logistic模型对其中687位流动妇女的参保意愿及影响因素进行了分析。结果影响流动妇女参保意愿最主要的因素是流动妇女自感健康状况及现阶段参保情况,工作情况、家庭收入和婚姻状况对其参保意向也有一定的影响。结论可以根据流动妇女自身的特点及参保意愿,针对不同人群,在不同时期,选择不同的解决策略。OBJECTIVES To understand the influence of socio-economic status,floating status,health status,insurance status,and other factors upon the intention of floating women to participate in medical insurance.METHODS Use the survey data of ＂Use of the health service of floating population in some district of Beijing＂and take multinomial logistic regression model to analysis the intention of 687 floating women to participate in medical insurance.RESULTS The level of women＇s perceived-health and the current situation of participating medical insurance are the mainly infulencing factors to the intention of floating women to participate in medical insurance,while working conditions,family income and marital status also exert some infulence on it.CONCLUSION Taking into consideration the characteristics of floating women and intention of participating in medical insurance of them,government can select different solution strategies for different people and periods.
