摘  要:采用FeCl3单铁、FeCl3混合液、聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为混凝剂,考察了不同投加条件对滦河原水的处理效果。结果表明:采取FeCl3混合液和PAC复合投加方式,对浊度和CODMn的去除效果最好,最佳投加量为10 mg/L FeCl3混合液(铁碱比为1∶1)+2.5 mg/L PAC,对应的药剂成本为0.013 1元/m3。如果缺少复合投加的条件,也可以单独投加10 mg/L FeCl3混合液(铁碱比为1∶2.0)。水厂实际运行中,可根据水质的变化适当调整投加量。Treatment efficiencies of raw water from coagulants were investigated with FeCl3 , FeCl3 mixing solution Luanhe River under various dosages of and polyaluminum chloride ( PAC ). The results showed that best removal of turbidity and CODMn could be obtained with mixed addition of FeCl3 mixing solution and PAC. The optimal dosages were 10 mg/L FeCl3 mixing solution (iron and sodium silicate volume ratio of 1 : 1 ) and 2.5 mg/L PAC, and the chemical cost was O. 013 1 Yuan/m3. The dosage of 10 mg/L FeCl3 mixing solution ( iron and sodium silicate volume ratio of 1 : 2. O) was used if the optimal mixed dosage method could not be utilized. The dosage could be suitably adjusted according to the variation of water quality in practical operation of waterworks.
