医学生主观幸福感的现状、影响因素及培养策略研究

摘　　要：目的:探查医学生主观幸福感现状,并分析其影响因素与培养对策。方法:采用问卷调查的方法探查医学生主观幸福感现状,并通过文献检索,对相关领域文献进行收集整理分析。结果:医学生总体主观幸福感处于中等水平。学科压力等客观因素与人格特征等主观因素是影响医学生主观幸福感的主要原因。结论:提升医学生主观幸福感需要医学院和医学生本人的共同努力。Objective：To explore the status of medical students＇ subjective well-being,and to analyze its influencing factors and training strategies.Methods：Explored the status of medical students＇ subjective well-being through questionnaire survey,and collected literatures of relevant areas through literature search.Results：The subjective well-being of medical students was at the middle level.Objective factors such as academic pressures and subjective factors such as personal characteristics were the main factors of influencing medical students＇ subjective well-being.Conclusion：To improve medical students＇ subjective well-being needs efforts not only from the college of medicine but also from the medical students＇ themselves.
