毛冬青有效部位中总黄酮含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立毛冬青有效部位中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以硝酸铝、亚硝酸钠及氢氧化钠为显色剂,以芦丁为对照品,在510 nm波长处对毛冬青有效部位中总黄酮进行含量测定。结果:芦丁在0.99-49.50 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 1,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.52%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法准确、简便、快速,重现性好,适用于毛冬青有效部位中总黄酮含量测定。Objective：To establish the method for the content determination of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Ilex pubescens Hook.Methods：Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied using aluminum nitrat、sodium nitrite and NaOH as colour-display reagent,rutin as reference substance.The detection wavelength was set at 510 nm.Results：The linear range of rutin was 0.99-49.5 mg/L（r=0.9991）with an average recovery of 98.9%,RSD=1.52%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method was accuracy,simple and rapid,the reproducibility was good,so the method was suitable for the content determination of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Ilex pubescens Hook.
