醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑血管并发中枢性高热临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑血管并发中枢性高热的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例的100例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组应用醒脑静注射液配合物理降温,对照组采用常规物理降温及西药治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率78%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液可有效降低急性脑血管并发中枢性高热,有助于意识恢复及预防院内感染。Objective： To observe the effect of Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with central high fever.Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Application of the treatment group effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with physical cooling,the control group using conventional physical cooling and western medicine.Results： The effective rate of treatment group 90% and control group with an efficiency of 78%,two groups have efficiency comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of Xingnaojing injection can effectively reduce the high fever of acute cerebrovascular disease,contribute to the recovery of consciousness and the prevention of nosocomial infections.
