舒筋通络方熏洗结合康复训练改善脑卒中后肢体痉挛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舒筋通络方熏洗结合康复训练改善脑卒中后肢体痉挛状况,以及对患者生活能力的改善情况。方法:90例脑卒中偏瘫伴有肢体痉挛患者随机分成试验组及对照组,两组都在规范的脑血管病二级预防的基础上,对照组采用单纯康复训练,试验组在对照组的基础上加用舒筋通络方熏洗,治疗4周后,观察其患者肢体痉挛的改善状况(改良Ashworth分级),以及对日常生活活动能力(采用BI评分)的影响。结果:试验组上、下肢肌张力改善程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组日常生活活动能力提高程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋通络方熏洗结合康复训练可以改善脑卒中后肢体痉挛状态,有利于提高患者的生活能力。Objective： To observe the state of shujingtongluofang fumigating and laundering with rehabination training to improve the limb spasm and viability after stroke.Methods： The 90 hemiparalysis patients with limb spasm after stroke were randomed divided into the experiment group and the control group.Based on the common norm treatment,the rehabilitation training was applied in the control group,and the Shujingtongluofang fumigating and laundering with rehabilitation training were applied in the experiment group.After the four weeks,the limb spasm amelioration and the viability were assessed.Results： The hemiparalysis limb spasm improvement of the experiment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.The activities of daily living of experiment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Shujingtongluofang fumigating and laundering with rehabination training could improve the limb spasm and viability after stroke.
