消臌灵合剂治疗肝硬化门脉高压症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消臌灵合剂治疗肝硬化门脉高压症的疗效。方法:肝炎后肝硬化患者67例,均采用消臌灵合剂治疗,酌情配用肝泰乐、维生素C、复合维生素B、白蛋白、速尿等。将消臌灵合剂粉碎成粗末,水煎2次,合并2次药液,浓缩成200 mL,每次100 mL,每日2次,0.5 a为1疗程。结果:经过0.5 a治疗,本组患者显效47例,占70.15%;好转18例,占26.87%;无效2例,占2.99%,有效率97.02%。结论:消臌灵合剂能够升高白蛋白,降低球蛋白,提高肝细胞免疫功能,治疗肝硬化门脉高压症。有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the curative effect of xiaoguling mixtura in treating liver cirrhosis portal hypertension sickness.Methods： 67 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis,all received xiaoguling mixtura,discretionary with spirit of liver Thai le,vitamin C,compound vitamin B,albumin,speed urine,etc.Will disappear some crushed into the mixture of coarse spirit,water frying 2 times,merger,condensed into two 200 ml of liquids,and each 100 milliliter,2 times a day,six months for one period of treatment.Rose by 40 g/l albumin,ascites disappear,male spleen more than retraction to 4.0 cm below,female retraction to 3.5 cm below,portal less than 1.4 cm following HA,PC Ⅲ for better under;Above indexes have no obvious change as invalid.Observe curative effect.Results： After treatment of six months,47 patients markedly effective,the rate was 70.15%;18 cases improved（26.87%）,2 cases invalid,accounting for 2.99%;The total effective rate was 97.02%.Conclusion： Xiaoguling mixtura can increase albumin,reduce globulin immune function,,improve immune function of liver cells in treating liver cirrhosis portal hypertension sickness.
