挤按法联合复方炉甘石眼膏治疗老年睑板腺功能异常干眼症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察挤按法联合复方炉甘石眼膏治疗老年睑板腺功能异常干眼症临床疗效。方法:对57例(107眼)睑板腺功能异常干眼症患者采用睑板腺挤按,睡前患眼涂复方炉甘石眼膏及温水清洗治疗。随访0.5 a以上。结果:显效:35例(69眼),好转17例(28眼),无效5例(10眼);有效率:90.66%。结论:挤按法联合复方炉甘石眼膏是较为理想的治疗老年睑板功能异常干眼症方法。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the joint way of squeeze and plap and calamine ophthalmic in treating senile eyelid board gland dysfunction xeroma.Methods： 57 patients（107 eyes） with eyelid board gland dysfunction xeroma were treated by way of squeeze and plap,bedtime according to calamine ophthalmic coated compound furnace them and warm water cleaning treatment.More than 6 months of follow-up.Judge curative standard Excellence： xeroma symptom disappears,massage eyelid board gland,mouth without exception eyelid board gland,breakup time of tear film 10 seconds;Utility： dry feeling,foreign body sensation,eye fatigue disappear,massage eyelid plate mouth a little abnormal eyelid board adenocarcinoma,breakup time of tear film 5-10 seconds;Invalid： xeroma symptoms relief,massage eyelid board gland mouth had abnormal eyelid board gland,breakup time of tear film 5 seconds.Results： 35 cases（69 got eyes） were excellent,accounted for 64.49%;17 cases were improved（28 eyes） accounted for 26.17%;5 patients is invalid（10 eyes 9.34%）.Total effectiveness： 90.66%.Conclusion ：The method Way of squeeze and plap combined with Calamine ophthalmic is ideal in treating elderly eyelid board function abnormality xeroma.
