加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热浸淫型急性湿疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热浸淫型急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:86例湿疹患者,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用左西替利嗪片;治疗组采用加味龙胆泻肝汤,病情重者可用药渣煎汤待温后湿敷患处。结果:治疗组有效率为90.48%,对照组有效率为70.73%,治疗组优于对照组。结论:加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热浸淫型急性湿疹有较好的临床效果,且毒副作用小,依从性好,值得进一步研究。Objective： To observe the effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction treating damp-heat immersed type acute eczema.Methods： 86 patients met the inclusion criteria of damp-heat immersed type acute eczema patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases each.The control group adopted cetirizine tablets;treatment group treated by modified Longdan Xiegan decoction.Results：The treatment group was superior to control group;the effective rate of treatment group was 90.48%,the effective rate of control group was 70.73%,the treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion： Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of damp heat type acute eczema involved has better clinical effect and less toxic side effect,good compliance,worthy of further study.
