摘　　要：目的:观察芒针透刺配合温针灸治疗中风后尿潴留临床疗效。方法:选择中风后尿潴留患者120例,随机年均分为2组,治疗组60例,采用芒针透刺配合温针灸治疗。对照组60例,采用单纯针刺法。均治疗1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率100%;对照组有效率90%,经统计学处理,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芒针透刺配合温针灸治疗中风后尿潴留具有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Awn needle through thorn with temperature acupuncture treatment a stroke urinary retention.Methods： We selected patients with urinary retention after a stroke,120 patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group of 60 cases by Awn needle through thorn with wen acupuncture treatment.The control group received acupuncture method only.All treatment 1 of treatment.Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 100%.The comparison group total effectiveness was 90%,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： Awn needle through thorn combined with temperature acupuncture has good curative effect in treating urinary retention after a stroke.
