针灸加服中药治疗慢性椎间盘源性腰腿痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸配合内服中药治疗慢性椎间盘源性腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:将163例患者随机分为4组,分别为针灸治疗组、中药组、针灸加中药组、对照组。结果:针灸加中药组明显优于其他组。结论:针灸与内服中药配合,对慢性椎间盘源性腰腿痛疗效十分显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic pain in waist and lower extremities caused by chronic disci intervertebrales diseases.Methods： Divided 163 patients into 4 groups at randomly,three of them were cured by acupuncture、chinese medicine orally、the combination of acupuncture and taking chinese medicine orally separately,and the fourth was cured by westen medicine as control group.Results： The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine is much better than other groups.Conclusion：The combination of acupuncture and taking chinese medicine orally has significant curative effect for chronic pain in waist and lower extremities because of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
