摘　　要：青年是祖国的希望,担负着建设祖国的伟大重任,无产阶级政党历来非常重视青年工作,对青年寄予厚望。列宁的《青年团的任务》和毛泽东的《青年团的工作要照顾青年的特点》对青年工作进行了深刻阐述,其中最主要的思想就是要促进青年的全面发展。在新时代的今天,我们的青年工作要在继承他们的传统的基础上继续与时俱进。The youth are the future of the country and shoulder the great responsibility of building the motherland. The proletariat polit- ical parties attach great importance to the youth and place great wishes on the youth. In the books of the task of the Communist Youth League written by Lenin and the job of Communist Youth League should care for the feature of the youth written by Mao Zedong deeply expound about the job for the youth, whose most important thought is how to stimulate the development of the youth. So in the new days, our youth job should continue keeping pace with the times based on inheriting their tradition.
