超声引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的：评价超声引导下经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术的临床疗效及安全性。方法：分析2008年11月~2010年11月,本科治疗上尿路结石210例,随机分为观察组（经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗）110例,对照组（体外冲击波治疗）100例,比较两组疗效。结果：观察组与对照组相比,一次性碎石成功率及术后3个月结石清除率明显升高（P〈0.01）,且未出现气胸、肠道损伤、大出血等手术并发症。结论：超声引导下经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术处理上尿路结石具有高效、安全的特点,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of PCNL guide by B-type for upper urinary calculi. Methods： From Dec. 2008 to Dec. 2010, 210 cases of upper ureteral calculi were treated in our hospital, including 110 cases of PCNL, and 100 patients of extraeorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Results： Compared with two groups, the stone fragmentation rate for one time and calculus clearance rate in 3 months postoperatively were significantly increased in study group （P0.01）. No severe complications occurred. Conclusion： The percutaneous nephrolithotomy guide by B-type for renal stone appears to be efficacious and safe for disintegrating and removing upper urinary calculi.
